Avion accepts online payment via Paypal secure payment as well as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express processed manually via Square through the studio by our staff. If paying online via Paypal your payment receipt will automatically be processed by Paypal, and confirmed the next business day by email from our studio. If you prefer to pay by credit card, please submit your order details and we will contact you by email to invoice and process your payment information. Your order will be confirmed when all information is received and processed.
We do not sell or share any customer information with third parties. Payment via paypal or through a secure channel provides ordering with maximum security and privacy.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS POLICY
Many pieces are made in very small, limited quantities. We try our best to maintain stock availability on our website but if your selection is out of stock in your size, we will contact you by the next business day via e-mail.
Orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 3-5 business days if available after payment information is processed by our studio. If an item is pre-ordered or being produced on demand there will be a leadtime of 4-6 weeks at minimum.
We are not responsible for any delays in weather condition, local delivery errors or international custom clearance.
Shipping costs are based on the total price of your merchandise.

We use USPS or FedEx Ground for domestic delivery.
FedEx International or USPS Express are used for the international order.
The receiver will be responsible for all taxes and customs duties. Overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes which are payable by the customer upon receipt. Please contact the studio for international shipping rates at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sales tax is charged to customers who are New York State and California residents.
Returns are accepted for online credit only. Returns must be made within 30 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back without exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. We do not refund shipping charges and shipments back to the studio are at the purchaser’s expense.
All sale merchandise is final sale, no returns, exchanges or credit.
Damage/defect claims must be claimed within 5 business days of package arrival. We do not accept returns after 30 days from receipt of purchase. Please send us back your purchase with a copy of invoice or receipt.
